CBMBA Budd Trail workday

Super Groovy Sponsor and Trail Maintenance and Advocacy group - the Crested Butte Mountain Bike Association had a huge workday this past weekend. Over 180 people came out to lend a hand, swing a tool, and create the Budd Trail. Connecting the North end of the Woods walk with the top of the Upper Lower Loop Climb, the Budd trail is 1.4 miles and crosses Land Trust, Peanut Mine, and Budd Family land. Click on the CBMBA link below for more details and stories, check out CrankCollective for more groovy details, and don't forget to come out and support CBMBA in all that they do.

The AO riders that weren't racing at the Teva Mountain Games and Angel Fire (MSC#3) were there in force, we had Junior's helping out there, and a great day with great trail education was had.

AO's famed trail maker, and creator of many a classic trail at Hartman's Rocks was on hand to help out in the preceding weeks to get the best line we could out there. Thanks Jeff for helping CBMBA and the time you gave!
